And just like that ... IVF is back ON! - **UPDATE 3** TRANSFER COMPLETE!
UPDATE 3:
My 5-day transfer was today. We put back two beautiful blasts.  AND, we are able to freeze 4!!! SO happy about that!!
I am feeling very positive and hopeful. THIS IS GOING TO WORK!!! 
Beta is next Monday, 7/25.
UPDATE 2:
Fert report:
7 out of the 8 eggs fertilized!! (apparently there were 8 retrieved, not 7, as originally reported to me)
We're already ahead of cycle #1, where 5 of 10 fertilized.
PLEASE GOD LET THIS WORK!!!! 
UPDATE 1:
Just got back from my ER. I went to the Gramercy office (I'm a Dr. B patient) and I have to say, I was rather unimpressed. I went to Dr. Batzofin's last time, and that place was just phenomenal. That said, I guess it wasn't awful - just that the bar was set very high from Batzofin.
Anyhow - they only retrieved 7 eggs.  Dr. B had seen 12 follicles on Saturday, so needless to say, I'm a bit disappointed. So, now I just sit and wait to see how many were mature and then fertilize. As usual, praying for the best!

On Thursday, I wrote this. I was told that my 2nd IVF cycle would be switched to an IUI due to poor response.
Then, yesterday, I got a call from Dr. B saying my LH was rising (which happened during my 1st cycle) which means I was/am breaking through the Ganirelix. Was told that if it continued to rise, I would likely be doing IUI today and tomorrow. So, I ran off to get more bloodwork, and waited all day for the results. They never came in (freakin lab  ) so Dr. B just said to come in for my regularly scheduled appt this morning. I asked if my DH should come, in case we needed to do an IUI right then and there. He told me to take an OPK - since it was negative, he said no DH needed (I brought him anyway  ).
So when we went this morning, much to my and Dr. B's surprise, my follicles actually GREW ... and it looks like I have about 12 at a good size. SO ... my retrieval is now scheduled for Monday!!
Talk about a rollercoaster!! I still have to wait for my blood results from today to make sure my LH didn't surge, but based on the fact that the follicles grew, that probably won't be the case (he explained why - something about LH and FSH receptors, blah, blah).
So ... I'm happy. HOPING and PRAYING for the best!!!

Whoa that's amazing news!!!!!! Our cycles are so close!!!
What's this with ivf cycles almost getting cancelled??? Hopefully it's a good sign for both of us that this was meant to be!!!

My LH came back great (low) so we're definitely good to go! Retrieval is at 7:30 tomorrow morning.

7eggs from 12 follies is great!! i had about 30 follies and got 18 eggs so the egg count is never quite equal to the follies seen on sono. tons of luck!

This makes me nervous, I loved Dr.Batzofin's office but I'll be using Gramercy Park in a few days.
Were they nice to you? I feel like lately that's my biggest concern even though it's not really important  When I had my first loss they were SO MEAN TO ME at the hospital that I think it just left me a little traumatized. 
Anyway, good luck!!!! I think you still had a great number of eggs considering you had 12 follies!!! For comparison, I had 35 follies my last cycle and only 9 had eggs. So, ratio of follies to eggs for you is still pretty awesome!

They were okay. They definitely weren't mean. Batzofin's office was just SO nice, and such a beautiful, calming atmosphere. This place wasn't like that at all. That said, when my DH and I expressed that we felt a bit ignored, they stepped it up a little bit.
I'm sure you'll do just fine there!

7eggs is a good number- of course you hoped for more, but it is quality over quantity! Praying for a great fertilization report tomorrow!!
