And my somewhat regular "pet peeve" award goes to...
People who ride the express bus and either don't read that the bus is express, not local and pester the driver for directions
or people who get on the bus without knowing that they have nothing left on their metrocards. Then they bother the passengers to "buy a swipe"
seriously, when you swipe your card, it tells you how much you have left. I can't understand how people can't or won't keep track.
Finally, I love people who run after the bus and ask the driver to let them on at a place that is not a stop. By law, the driver cannot do this - yet people keep doing it.
That is all

I felt so bad for my driver last night, someone tried to get in front of him at the Battery Tunnel and the driver took his mirror off.
Same guy was HIT by a passenger last week Because the passenger said that he didn't pull close enough to the curb!
