BTW- Did you ever end up needing an attorney ??
Yes we had an attorney, and good thing. DH said that the judge was a miserable witch. Even after they came to an agreement, the judge *almost* didn't approve it, and wanted to double check it 2x to make sure BM was "being treated fairly"
