Anderson Windows/Doors-Question
Are they guaranteed?
Like lifetime? or you pretty much you are on your own replacing them if damaged?

I just have to vouch that they are EXCELLENT at responding to and resolving warranty issues! My Mom had a problem w/ one of her Andersen windows and they replaced it for FREE 10 years after they were installed!!!!!

Did your mom install them? I think the warranty is only good for the orignal installer.

Ok, but I moved into a home that had Anderson windows/doors.....I dont have receipts or anything.
Does that matter?
