Anemic preggos taking extra iron?
Are you taking anything to help with the constipation? I swear I don't remember the last time I went to the bathroom. That can't be good for the baby, or me.

i would say take some colace... you can buy it over the counter. 250mg tablets.. take one once a day see how your body adjusts to it.. it its not enough take 2.. but iwould double check with your dr. that its ok for you specifically HTH

I eat a mainly vegetarian diet, little to no chicken or fish. I am tke iron supplements, fortunately my diet is enough to keep me regular. If you will try to do this, just add more fiber slowly or you may be in pain. Best wishes.
