It makes me sick to my stomach every time I see this woman on TV.
Plus Anna Nicole made it very clear how she felt about her mother, so I would be very surprised if the Mom gets the body.

I agree. I think Howard Stern is a jerk but that's who she wanted to be with. Her body should be buried by her sons. It's so sick how now all of a sudden people are coming out of the woodwork with Anna's best interest at mind

If Howard K Stern is a decent man, attorney and/or possibly father, he will contest the will on behalf of Dannielynn. I know he could stand to benefit should he be the biological father, but that doesnt mean the child should do with out what should rightfully be hers.

I think the whole thing is very sad.
Sure, I made fun of "sloppy" Anna Nicole, but she was still a human being who tragically lost her son on what should have been one of the most joyous days of her life. It's sad that she suffered such loss. And now all these people claiming to care about her now that she's gone...it's dispicable.
Howard K. Stern may be sleezy, but he was always by Anna's side, good or bad.
She should be burried with her son, who was her true family.
For the baby's sake, I hope she gets a big fat trust fund and is raised with care and dignity.

I feel awful for this baby!!
& Although I felt Anna Nicole Smith was trashy... it's tragic what's happened to her. Her life was a circus while she was alive, it's 20x's worse now that she's passed!
Poor thing is probaly turning in her grave over her Mother tryinig to take her to Texas. I don't see that happening, esp. after seeing that HKS is the executor of her will.
The tabloid stations are totally going overboard w/ this story! Why does HKS let "E"/Insider in anyway??? Must be making a fortune!

I think there is something very odd about all of this - her son dying when the money would have been left to him.... And her dying before she ever had a chance to change her will....
I suspect that there was some hanky panky all around here....
