The child just has to be born during the current administration. Our arrived last week- not a Bush fan but the message they write is very sweet and it will be a nice momento for her to have.

I did that for my wedding 3 years ago, we sent a wedding invitation and received a congratulations card. I think I will do it for Alex too.
