Annoyed...and I need opinions
I have a coworker who sits about 2 feet from me who is due exactly one month before me. Before I found out I was PG she told the entire office she was expecting at 5 weeks. I am different I havent said anything and am not planning to until I feel the time is right.
But it seems to me she's been "rubbing it in" so to speak. She has constantly been talking about how the baby is moving around (?) at 10 weeks and how she knows it's a girl. I know how exciting it is, but in my opinion she sounds like she's exaggerating and being a little bit extra.
It's annoying me. Either I am being hyper sensitive or she's just being a pain in the a$$.
Opinions ladies? What do you think? Am I being ridiculous?

Re: Annoyed...and I need opinions
Hmm I don't think she's rubbing it in. She's just happy & excited. Plus she can't be rubbing it in - if she doesn't know you're pregnant.
As to whether she is exaggerating feeling the baby move - I don't know for sure. They say thats a bit too early, but anything is possible.
ETS: Maybe she is saying its a girl because that is what her gut is telling her. Some people say they know from the second they are pregnant whether its a girl or a boy.

Re: Annoyed...and I need opinions
I felt this baby at 10.5 weeks, and thought I was a little crazy. It is VERY early to be feeling movement. Also, the movement was the lightest taps ever, not twirling and rolling, so if that is what she's saying, she is probably exaggerating.
She can't be rubbing it in if she doesn't know you're pregnant, but it will be funny when you do come out. She probably won't exaggerate as much because you'll be going through the same thing. (or one can hope).

Re: Annoyed...and I need opinions
Well to be honest, I havent felt much symptoms, just insomnia-if that is even a symptom, peeing alot, OH and mood swings.
I think it's just my moodiness and I know I am really worried because I am so early.
Thanks for your opinions ladies.

Re: Annoyed...and I need opinions
I "knew" I was having a boy the second I found out for sure I was pregnant. Of course I had no proof to that until my Level II but my gut told me otherwise.
I do think it's odd she says she's feeling the baby moving at 10 weeks, especially because they're miniscule at that point. Sure anything's possible but could all be in her head.
She just sounds uber excited which is great! But yeah that can get annoying. It will be interesting to hear how she responds when you share your news.
