Another Bad Night's Sleep-Night 4
I posted last night about the random night wakings, well, last night she woke up only two hours after going to sleep. The difference was that last night she didn't seem to want to play. I think something was bothering her. I tried to get her back to sleep as soon as I put her in the crib, she screamed and cried hysterically.
I think she may be getting more teeth (she got them in weird order so we have molars but need some eye teeth)
My mom offered for her to stay over their house tonight and I think we are taking her up on the offer so we can sleep.
Any advice or hugs are appreaciated as the sleep deprivation seems worse than ever and my insomnia is making it really hard for me to function.

Re: Another Bad Night's Sleep-Night 4
I am so sorry. I am living this nightmare as well only mine has been going on for nine months! I wish I had advice for you. For us this started happening a month ago (DS is now 8.5 mos) and hasn't stopped yet. But, I see your DD is older so it probably is a totally different situation. But, it is having the same effect - DS is waking up EVERY night 1-3 hrs after he is put in the crib and then every 1-3 hours after that the whole night. He needs to be completely in a sound sleep after waking to stay in the crib or he screams bloody murder.
I wanted to send you lots of though because I know the sleep deprivation and it really is awful when it goes on for long periods of time .

Re: Another Bad Night's Sleep-Night 4
Thanks for the support. I am just so tired. I can't sleep at night, I am cranky this week because of AF and DD is waking up so much.
She is chewing a lot today so maybe this is another tooth and soon it will cut through and she will be happy again and sleep in her crib.
Ugh

Funny you say that. Last night when I brought her in the bed, she snuggled up to Daddy and he snored her back to sleep. I was really tempted to pack my bag and go sleep at my parents' house just to get some peace

Re: Another Bad Night's Sleep-Night 4
I think the eye teeth are the last to come in before the 2 year molars come in because my DD has 12 teeth (4 top, 4 bottom and 4 molars) but no eye teeth.
I also heard the eye teeth can be a bit rough. Hang in there. Did you try some motrin?

I tried Motrin and no luck. Sometimes when it hurts, it just hurts.
Thanks for the heads up about the eye teeth, though. I always though the molars were the painful ones but I guess the eye teeth are as well.

Re: Another Bad Night's Sleep-Night 4
Is she at your mom's tonight so you can all get some sleep, I hope?
If she is, *maybe* she'll be so happy to be home tomorrow night and she'll settle back into schedule (or closer to schedule)? It's worth it to hope

I am hoping this too. I think she just needs to cut the tooth and she will go back to normal. fingers crossed.
