Another before and after :)
Last summer, I was at my heaviest-173 lbs. I was so depressed. I was finishing my MA and it was so hard to eat healthy and I had no time to exercise. I made a commitment to get down to a healthy weight for my wedding and I lost 25 lbs. I was 148 when I walked down the aisle. I have since put on like 5 lbs, but I feel great. I work out 3X a week, and limit meat, dairy and white carbs. I do yoga, run, Zumba and strength training-I try to mix it up.
It took me about a year, but I am finally at a fit, healthy weight and it feels great! I hope more people share their before and afters. I think its nice to see everyone's accomplishments!

You carried 173 very well. Are you very tall? You look great now, too!
I may show photos of me but I do not see the huge difference that other people see in me. I lost 20lbs but I have more weight loss and a lot of toning to do.

Thanks! Yeah, I am 5'10'....I was ok at my old weight, but I tend to gain a lot weight in my boobs, so its makes it hard/uncomfortable to exercise when I am heavier. :/ I hate it.
Thanks for all the nice comments. :) Lets see some more before and afters! I love it! Helps keep me motivated when I see everyone's successes!
