another BF ?-over 6 months babies...
How many times/day does your baby nurse and for about how long?
how many meals of solid food do you give?

I'm trying to remember
I believe by 6 months it was like 3 or 4x's a day and then 1 to 2x's at night.

LOL, I saw this and was embarassed to answer. My dd is 18 months and nurses about about 6 times a day, eats 3 meals and at least 2 snacks.

Brendan is the same age. I just started giving him fruits and veggies at 6 months. He usually eats solids 2-3x a day. Usually he'll finish a stage 1 jar and some cereal. Most days he nurses 4x for about a half hour. I've never really had him on a set schedule so some days it varries.

If I remember correctly, he nursed 4x a day -maybe 20 minutes or so -and ate solids am and pm at 6 months.

OK, my dd nurses about 4x/day and eats solids 3x/day... but she only nurses for 5 min or so on each side, just wondering what the norm was.

We nurse on cue about every 2 - 3 hours... Sometimes for a few moments, other times longer, I don't clock feedings... No solids yet...

DD is 6 1/2 months and we aren't sure...
