this was definitely the loudest storm since i have been living in my house. i thought it was focused right on my house, specifically.
weird thing is, my dog did not flinch.
i do not want another!!!

my DH called me from home to say that a bolt of lightning struck so close our home that it knocked pictures off the shelf in our living room.
A few minutes later I heard all the sirens going off in our neighborhood.

I know! He said it scared the crap out of him. But he didn't see anything on our block so he wasn't sure where it hit.
