Another Biggest Loser Question (Spoiler)
Wasn't Nicole supposed to have immunity for her first week back? I wasn't paying really close attention- so maybe I missed something, but I was surprised to see her in the bottom 2...

She only had immunity if she lost. If she gained, she lost it and she gained 5 pounds

Did anyone else notice though that she was only told she had immunity IF she lost weight only right before she weighed in? All episode they're saying how she has immunity and then that little caveat is added right before she weighed in - someone messed up!

That must be why I missed it! I walked out of the room and rewound it to just as her number popped up so I didn't see their little pre-weigh in chat.

yea she gained so no immunity there.. the whole thing is so odd to me though.. like they knew she gained or soemthing..

No - it's not always like that with immunity - if you have immunity, you have immunity. I think it's bull. I know for a fact that the contestants weigh in on a true medical scale before they get up on the big scale - they don't know the results but obviously the producers do and then decide on the weigh in order to create drama and suspense. So, I think it's really interesting that AFTER Nicole officially weighed in and only the producers knew her weight, she gets told that she only has immunity if she lost. That's a load of crap - immunity should be immunity - everyone else who's gotten immunity - the person has gotten it - not dependent on the actual weight loss or gain.
