Another blow=dry question or 2

What do you put in your hair when you blow it out?

What kind of brush do you use? (round, paddle, etc.)

How long does it take you?

What is your normal hair type?

I put in Dove frizz control lotion

I use a paddle brush and then flat iron to get shine and smoothness. I do not dry it to be stick straight. My hair needs a flat iron to look good the blow dryer is never enough

I have permed damaged dry hair and it looks healthy smooth and awsome after a flat iron. Hope that helps

It's so bad for my hair, but I don't usually put anything in it and I blow dry every morning Chat Icon

I use a round brush

It takes me less than 5 minutes to blow dry straight - and my hair is down to my bra strap

I have very limp waves if it air dries / VERY thin.

I put in Keune Crystal Defrizz So Natural.
I use a round brush, but sometimes nothing at all, b/c I just use a straightener after it and my hair is straight.

Since I started using Matrix Sleek Shampoo and Conditioner, I don't put anything in my hair before I blow dry it.

I use both a paddle brush and a very big round boars head brush. Then I flat iron it to finish it.

It depends on how long I let my hair air dry before I blow dry. It takes me at least a half hour.

I have VERY thick and wavy hair.

Re: Another blow=dry question or 2

I don't use anything in my hair, except in the summer to tame frizz. Then, i'll usually use Rusk Str8 (i think that is the name... )

It takes me 10-15 minutes to dry, with out using a brush. Once i'm dry, i'll shape it usuing a RevoStyler (quicker than the round brush for me).

Then, run through it quickly with the straightner. Then i'm usually pin-straight for 2, maybe 3 days. The 3rd day is usually in a ponytail though.

My entire hair routine is about 20 minutes in the morning.

ETA-Hair Type:
thick, will be wavy if i let it air dry, but will be pin straight if i blow dry. I can also use curling gell to scrunch it on humid days. It is a combination of all things i suppose!

Re: Another blow=dry question or 2

i have very thick and very curly hair past my shoulders.

i use sexy straight hair serum, then big round brush and blow dry. i dont like the way my hair looks with an straightening iron. that is why it takes me 45 min - 1 hour to complete the whole process which is why i dont do it very often but my hair lasts a good 4 days.

I use Tiki Bed Head Frizz Control

A round boars hair brush - the absolute best investment

My hair is curly, not thick, but I have a lot of it

Re: Another blow=dry question or 2

I use Tresemme products - they have a whole line that protects againts heat damage.
When I blow dry it - I get it to almost dry and then I use a round brush and paddle brush to get it pretty straight.

Then I spray on more heat protector and use the flat iron.

I have very thick wavy hair. Its short right now. Drying+flat iron takes about 20 minutes. When it was long, it could take me almost an hour.
