another breast question
How painful is the needle biopsy for those that have had one? I have a small pea like lump and they want me to have this done.

Ive had a few biopsies. My last one hurt. But not excruciating. You will be fine!!! Waiting for the results the worst part.

thank you. I almost feel like god forbid it is something my blood work would have been off but maybe thats me being silly. I just want to do it and be done

another breast question
I was so nervous when I had a needle biopsy, but the anticipation was way worse than the test itself. Yes, I felt it, but it really wasn't too bad. I used ice on the area for a little bit afterwards but probably didn't even really have to do that. Good luck - I'm sure everything will be fine. They usually do these just to be overly cautious

I have had three. They are not bad. Use the ice round packets they give you in your bra and rest. I went home and slept and watched tv all day. I felt sore for about two weeks but nothing painful at all.

another breast question
I had soreness that day, they took several samples from the one lump. I did have bruising that lasted about a week but I bruise easily. Like someone else said, the waiting is the worst part
