Another Broadway Show Closing
Beauty & The Beast on Broadway is closing July 13th to make way for another Disney production, "The Little Mermaid".

I wanted to see Beauty and the Beast... Hopefully we can make a trip to NY before it closes.
Lisa, I saw Lion King and it was awesome. Definitely a must see.

OH NO I am so so sad!!! I LOVE The Little Mermaid, but Beauty and the Beast was the first birthday present I got from DH and now it's gone Damn, I have to try and get tickets to see it one more time before it closes! Thanks for the heads up!

I LOVED Beauty & the Beast, it was my fav Disney movie and I thought the show was great. Definately going to have to go and see it again before it closes, DH never saw it.

It'll be back, don't worry. Disney has never had a musical that has been revived, so it'll be back like Les Mis is back now, especially since B&B is so successful.

I love Beauty and the Beast, but it has been around for a really long time. I think I saw it for my 15th birthday, and that was almost 13 years ago!!!!

That was my first broadway play when I was 12!!!!!
Ever since, Beauty and the Beast has been my "thing" - I have keychains, snowglobes and had sheets,posters etc when I was younger.
This saddens me greatly but I'll need to get tix soon to see it one last time!
