Can someone please explain this commercial to me? Who is that guy and why is he dancing and singing about berries and cream?

I found this, I guess it explains why he dances around, but I still don't get it...lol
But everytime I see this spot I crack up laughing, so all in all I guess the commercial is doing it's job...

NOOOOOOOOO! I hate that commercial! I should probably post about how much I hate in othe other thread... all day I've been trying to think of a commercial I hate and I was coming up empty handed... but now I remember....... I hate this commercial!!!!!!!!!!!!!
