Another Disney Question?

If you had to choose where would you stay:

-AOA in a Family Suite
-Pop Century in adjoining rooms (preferred location)
-Caribbean Beach in a standard pirate room
-Boardwalk in a standard room

AOA, Pop, and Caribbean Beach are all on the skyliner. Boardwalk is walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood.

This is like comparing apples to a tv, if you ask me.

AOA and Pop are Value Resorts. I can't speak to the suite, but the Pop room is very small. We stayed at Pop for 1 night and I would never go back.

Caribbean Beach is nicer and a step up (Moderate).

Boardwalk Inn is a Deluxe, so another step up.

If it were me, I'd choose the nicest you can afford - so Boardwalk Inn, in this case. Boardwalk Inn has really nice pools, too.

Crazy thing: I had the KIDS choose between similarly priced rooms.

It was off season, and prices were pretty low. I let kids pick between Wilderness, Caribbean (pirate bed), French Quarter and something else of a higher category, but worse room.

They picked and LOVED the Caribbean resort, got a kick out of the room (even though I thought it was just ok).. and they loved the pools. They were talking about that hotel forever... before & after. They stayed at nicer resorts that vacation (beach was part of it), but they loved the themed room.

Each resort will appeal to someone else and everyone has what they think is worth extra $$. Go with your gut (or your kids’).

Another Disney Question?

AoA in a suite hands down- yes it's a value, but it's really not. They consider that a "moderate value" and the suites are really convenient. Plus with the skyliner, it's a win win for me

my cousin stayed at caribbean beach and hated it- said it was her least favorite. Not sure why, but I know she's done polynesian (favorite), POP, AoA, and P.O french quarter

Boardwalk because you can walk to or take the boat to Epcot or Hollywood. Because it's a deluxe and you have Queen size beds, and nicer amenities. The location can't be beat. Love the Epcot resort area!

Definitely Boardwalk. The option to walk to the parks is huge.

With little kids I would do the suite at AOA. It's my dream to stay in a deluxe monorail resort, but I really like the extra room with a suite and the ability to put the kids to bed and have a separate area.

This is what i am leaning towards, although being on the boardwalk is so nice. I just love SPACE with the kids!

Re: Another Disney Question?

We just got back from Disney and stayed at Pop, we had an adjoining room with MIL. The convenience of the skyliner is awesome. It took way less time to travel to Hollywood Studios and Epcot vs taking the bus. If you had a single stroller you were not required to fold it up. The rooms at Pop are not spacious but it was clean and renovated and met our needs (we usually spend all day at the parks anyway). I would stay at either AOA, Pop, or CB since they all have skyliner access.

ETA: if looking for space I would go with AOA suite.
