Another epic FAIL by JCPenny Home Store! With Pics
Well we went to pick up our furniture yesterday and when we got it home the changing table was busted! I am so mad and from what Im finding out from different people is that this seems to happen fairly often! Im more p!ssed at the fact that we have to lug this huge changing table back to the store and when a new one comes in we'll have to go pick it up Of course the small dresser or part of the crib couldn't have been damaged! It had to be this huge monstrosity of a piece of furniture FML!!!

Oh My Gosh, that is not just a little knick in the wood. I am nervous now, we got our furniture a while ago and we havent opened any of the boxes because we have to paint and get new carpeting first. Such a PITA. Sorry

Oh and I probably should have mentioned that when we picked it u they told us we only had 7 days to return it!!!!!! But on the reciept it says 30 days so i dont know what the h ell that guy was talking about

WOW! The fact that they don't look everything over when it comes in is ridiculous! Sorry you have to deal with that! JCPenney won't deliver furniture? That's just crazy to me... especially when you spend good money on it.

I feel your pain hun... and unfortunately (at least in my case) they will not send someone to get it. Like i told you, give em hell and get a new one. We are going to get my new dresser tomorrow and the women at the store already told my mom she will have the stock room employees open the box for us so we can check it out and then tape it back up for us...Def. demand they do the same for you when you get a new one

Call the customer service line. I would fight with them until they deliver me the next one. I have bought furniture from them with problems and they always made it better and gave a 50 dollar voucher for the next catalog purchase. Dont speak to the people who answer the phone ask for a supervisor. Good Luck!
