I'm sorry but anyone considering the skinny jean look or have purchased them and not worn them please reconsider. If Gwen can not pull them off then I am sorry not many people can. I can not stand fashion "trends" that do not flatter anyone ( or an insanely small fraction of people)
Why is it IN if you look gross in them??? people should wear what flatters them and looks best on them. Not walk around looking horrible for the sake of being in fashion.

I bought a pair of them, but only to wear with boots. I like the look of boots over jeans and its really hard to stuff boot cut or flare jeans into boots.
Gwenyth does not pull that look off at all. Maybe Michael Stipe would have looked better in them.

That's exactly what I was going to say. Wearing them with boots is one thing - much easier to not have to bunch up your jeans to get them in your boots. But I would never wear them with regular shoes, unless maybe my thighs were the same width as my calves
