another first month off BC question...
So i tested for my smiley from CD10 through CD27 and no smiley so I'm assuming I won't "O" this month. I'm now on CD33 and no period. How long do I wait for my period till I check in with my dr and make sure things are all in working order?

Re: another first month off BC question...
It could take months to regulate after coming off BC. So far my cycles have been 40-42 days long, but then again I have PCOS so that doesnt help either.
Were you regular before BC?

I think I was fairly regular, I don't remember how long though, I went on the pill when I was 17 and now I'm 28.

You might still not be regular yet-that is why they usually say to go off of BC a few months before trying. I wouldn't get worried about it!

Got ya I'd wait it out a little longer. If you want to give you doc a call just to mention it thats fine. But its completely normal to be late. some girls dont "O" for months

Coming off of BC my cycles varied from 32 to 45 days. It will take a little time. I was on BC for 5 years and that first month was a wacky one for me.

Same with me. My doc told me to call if it's been more than 5 weeks w/o AF.

unfortunately - this is true...
i ovulated the second month off of the pill - but a very close friend was on the pill for 11 years (i was on it for 12 years) and it took her 8 months to ovulate.
the good news part is that she did conceive the FIRST month that she did ovulate.
every body is different - there's no 'real' way to know how yours will react...
Good Luck Sweety!
