another food question
now that i can eat, i'm overly nervous about what i can and cant eat. LMAO.
what is considered TOO much sodium at a meal? for a day?
ETA: is it the same as a normal diet or is it less?

Re: another food question
honestly, i didn't worry about sodium during pregnancy any more than i would when i'm not pregnant.
unless you have a history of high blood pressure (in pregnancy or just in general), i would just proceed as you normally would.
i happen to have extremely low blood pressure, so i'm one of those people who actually eats sodium on purpose. you never know what you're gonna get in pregnancy!
if swelling or blood pressure become problems for you as your pregnancy progresses, then your doctor can help you figure out what foods to avoid.
