Another great swim today!
I went later in the day and I think the pool was kind of yucky but I sucked it up.
It's hard to know the right times to go so you don't have to share a lane or wait.
Today was 3:30. I may go tomorrow around 1:30 or so. The pool closes at 5:30.
40 minutes..3/4 mile. I didn't think I could ramp up that quickly but I've always been a swimmer and I guess it's muscle memory.
Now if I could just put the chips away.

Re: Another great swim today!
Congrats!
This caught my eye because I am teaching myself how to swim. (Had some bad experiences as a kid which has made me afraid of the water.)
I just learned how to float on my front and my back and I'm slowly starting to swim around. 2 weeks from today I start lessons. I am hoping in a few months I can start doing laps and use swimming as my cardio.

just jump back in. You will be fine!
I think swimming is the best cardio.
Best of all I am not feeling sore. Maybe that's not a good thing.
