another menu question
We are having a Christening party at our home for approximately 50 people and we are on a budget. We are having a try of chicken francaise, penne alla vodka, baked ziti and...either veal and peppers or chicken parm. What do you think? Any other suggestions? Steak is not an option on the menu, and shrimp parm is a little pricey.

How about sausage & peppers? I don't think you need another chicken, but lots of people don't like veal. If you have to pick one of those 2, I'd go with the chicken.

personaly i LOVE veal and peppers and since you already have a chicken choice i went with the veal.

I too would say Sausage & peppers, you already have 1 chicken dish & some people are weird w/ veal

I do something other than chicken parm, another dish with a lot of sauce or chicken might not be good. But then again I'm not picky so if I was one of your guests I'd just be happy with your effort!
