Another Milk Question, Please help me figure this out
DS was on a milk based formula for a year. So, as I'm switching him over to milk he is having poopie diapers all day long and now has a BAD diaper rash. Can it still be the milk doing that to his tummy even though he was on a milk based formula? And how long does it usually take for their tummies to adjust?

I think I answered your post the other day too on this.. Yes, it is the milk that is causing this. It typically happens for about a week or so then clears up.
Even though the formula is "milk based", it isn't milk. It is just the adjustment that is causing this.

I think I answered your post the other day too on this.. Yes, it is the milk that is causing this. It typically happens for about a week or so then clears up.
Even though the formula is "milk based", it isn't milk. It is just the adjustment that is causing this.
Thank you so much! And yes, you were the only one that answered my post on this earlier this week. I just hate seeing him in pain and so uncomfortable. Makes me want to just keep him on the formula FOREVER. We go to FL next weekend, so it should be cleared up by then you think?

Yes, it should all be cleared up by then
If not, check in with your ped to make sure it isn't something else.
