Another odd request -
shorts that resemble bike shorts 
I'm no skinny thing, so sometimes...eek...my thighs touch each other. ew. I HATE the feeling of skin-on-skin so I always wear tights/pantyhose/footless tights under skirts and dresses.
Where can I get tight fitting bike-short-like things? Target's workout section?
Looking for a few pairs - nude, black, white, etc.
OR
what else would you consider wearing under a dress/skirt?

I have seen bike short types at target. You can also wear spanx or maybe leggings that come up to the knee. I know forever21 and H&M has carried them.

I wear the Target brand and original Spanx to keep my thighs in check!
