Another party question - Favors

if you had a big party for your child's 1st bday party and gave favors, did you give favors to just the kids or the adults AND the kids?

I was thinking about these cups for the kids to go with the circus theme but I have no clue what/if I should give the adults

Right now my plan is to do goody bags for the kids (haven't quite decided what to put in them) and then chocolate covered pretzels for the adults.

Most of our friends and family think favors are a big waste of money and think they are junk. Usually I end up having a lot of favors left over because people don't take them home.

So instead we are doing individually wrapped cake pops and leaving them on cake table for anyone that wants.

We did #1 chocolate lollipops as favors. Gave them to everyone...Made them ourselves...People like things they can eat!
