another pre-natal vitamin ?
Do I just take this? Or do i still continue to take my multi as well? I don't want to over do it. I checked Citrical's website but didn't find an answer.

you take the prenatal instead of your multi. A prenatal is basically a mutli vitamin with the proper amount of folic acid
