Another spinoff to milk...premium ice cream
So how much do you normally pay for a pint of premium ice cream?
Believe it or not, in the UK a pint of Haagen Daz or Ben and Jerrys usually costs £3.78 (thats almost $8!!!) But when its on sale (which is rarely), you can get 2 for £5. How outrageous is that!!!

that's crazy. I get Ben & Jerrys for $3.59 a pint. I think that's nuts. When it's on sale I can get 2 for $5

I only buy ice cream when its on sale. call me cheap but I refuse to pay $6 for 1 container. I get Edy's or Turkey Hill when it's $1.99 or $2.50 at S&S. I also get Luigis 6 pack of ices on sale 2/$5

the way my DH eats it- I only buy what is on sale and what is the cheapest

me too. besides, i go through it way too fast to be spending $5+ on ice cream.

We only eat Breyer's low fat and only on sale. The best deal at my supermarket is buy one, get one free.

that's a great deal for that brand!
I just refuse to pay $6 for something I know will be on sale next week for less than 1/2 price. S&S alternates brands we like every week.

now its ice cream.
I would say it is on par with Edys. and its always on sale. I actually saw it at waldbaums the otehr day for $1.99 a half gallon.
