another stitch fix question - sorry
ugh i posted last week that i got my second fix and hated it. they basically sent me everything i asked not to get. awesome.
i complained and it got me no where, i was still charged the $20 for the fix. At that point, I canceled all my fixes - or so i thought. Apparently when you cancel automatic fixes, it does not cancel the one that they are sending you next 
I got the ship notification and emailed them immediately telling them I canceled - they basically said too bad we shipped it, see if you like it and if not let us know. I emailed them Monday and no reply. I just emailed again. If i dont hear back by Friday i am debating on disputing the cc charge. wwyd???

Go through your Credit Card without a doubt.
I have done this SO many times and it's a breeze.
They will immediately remove the charge and they will fight with the vendor for you.
I do this all the time. It works great

thanks - that is good to know
the only time i have ever disputed a charge was when it was cc fraud and my cards had to be canceled etc. i guess i would call and tell them i canceled and order but was charged anyway?

Yes or you can actually do it online.
Log onto your account and you can see each charge and they usually have something where you can click the charge to dispute it.
It will take you through some questions that you answer right there. It's super easy.

Most credit cards will just write off such a small amount should be a breeze. I've done it several times as well

thanks all - i actually woke up to an email from them this morning. they are extending a 1 time courtesy and refunding me the $20 styling fee
