Another stroller post

I know there are always stroller posts...but I'm making another one Chat Icon

I'm looking for a lightweight stroller that RECLINES. I have the Graco Metrolite...and I like it...but i don't love it. I saw this Chicco stroller yesterday in BRU, and I love the way it reclines, but it is just a heavy as the Graco (17lbs). Help...thanks.

I saw it, and liked it. However did not think it steered that well with my 26lb son. I went with the Peg Perego Pliko lite. Love how I can steer it one handed. It also seemed more comfortable for my son than the Maclaren. (Which I was intending on buying)

Does it recline? I didn't think it reclined enough for DD to take a nap. I saw it and thought it was cute and light....but no nap-worthy Chat Icon

It does recline but not all the way. DS has no trouble napping in it.

Re: Another stroller post

I bought the Capri and it was horrible. I was so dissapointed so I took it back. When you walk, you kick the wheels. It seems many have this complaint based on the reviews I read online. I'm not even tall either. Also the hood is directly on the ground when you fold it up. Most strollers the hood kind of smashes down in so it doesn't get filthy touching the ground.

I was looking into the Inglesina Trip stroller. It fully reclines, has a cup holder and pocket in the hood. It is very light weight too. They have it at BBB to test out.

I just bought the maclaren triumph - it reclines but not fully. DD naps in it just fine and is very comfy - - it is soo lightweight and compact. I got it because I was getting sick of breaking my back every time I took out my Graco and having it take up my whole trunk!!

Re: Another stroller post

I recently got the Combi Cosmo EX and I love it. It's really lightweight, folds up tight and even has a carrying strap. It doesn't recline to flat, but it reclines far enough for him to nap comfortably.

The Peg Perego Aria is very similar in style to that and is only 10lbs, I love it!

Have it - love it, never had an issue with steering or anything. It's light and durable and easy to clean.

Re: Another stroller post

I bought Inglesina Swift strollers for lighter use. They're terrific b/c they recline, have a great sunhood and have handlebars that are higher than most lightweight strollers. They sell them in BBB and have the '06 models on sale.
