 I had been SOO tempted to think about them, to save on the commission. (We're not ready to sell, but we're kind of bummed that most of any profit will go to the realtor, which will make moving back to LI even harder.  )

I have no real experience with them, but I always thought they took the best house pics for MLSLI or their own site. They should give lessons.

the agents dont take the pics. they had professional photographers (that they call pro-tographers) that took all of their pics.

These days, I don't think people were saving so much on the commission with them, and I've heard from a couple people who used them that they weren't very good.
When we were looking at homes, we only saw one that was a Foxton's house, and we must have looked at 50 plus. Not surprised they are having trouble.

I personally hated Foxtons. They were impossible to get in touch with. I would keep emailing from mlsli no response, leave message, etc. It was a total mess. I'm not surprised at all
