Another WHO DOES THAT Moment
My sister was at her friend's house and her friend's FSIL was there and she's about to get married (the FSIL) and the three of them were talking about wedding gowns. They were talking b/c my sister and her friend had the same designer, and my sister was talking about how she had a modesty piece added to the bust of her gown so it would cover her chest more.
My sister's "friend" turned to her FSIL and said, right in front of my sister "Yeah, he boobs were popping out...it was really tacky"
Umm...ew.. WHO DOES THAT?
And her boobs were not popping out. I can post pics to prove it.

First, I think the word tacky is tacky. It's so rude and offensive.
Second, it was really unnecessary for that girl to make a comment. I am sure your sister looked beautiful on her wedding day and to make a comment like that is just mean.

ewww. i think that its b/c its her friend, she can say what she wants.
i had a foot in the mouth moment on saturday, i saw my pg sister for the first time in a few weeks and her belly totally popped and i said "holy look at that belly." her response was "yeah, i love when people tell me that." d'oh! now i'll shut up about it.
but i hear you, people don't think before they speak

The clincher of it all is that her boobs were NOT popping out She spent $500 to get this beaded piece so they wouldn't. My sister is all about modesty.

if she were a real friend, I guess I would agree with you, but at the time she said my sister looked beautiful, and if it were true, liek why embarass her by brining it up in front of a 3rd party?
