Anovulatory Cycle
So I think that I had an anovulatory cycle this month after only receiving one high temp and negative OPKs and some spotting... So on Fertily Friend, do I just put that as my period even though it really wasn't it? I was doing so well with charting and now it's getting all messed up! Any tips to make sure you do ovulate? Thanks!

Re: Anovulatory Cycle
I wouldn't put in that was your period if it was just spotting. How long is your normal cycle? What day are you on now? I would give your doctor a call when you get to be a week after your normal cycle length and see what he says. When I have had anovulatory cycles my doctor has prescribed provera to bring my period on. If it becomes a recurring thing you might want to get some testing done to see if there are other issues causing it.
I don't think there is anything you can do to make sure you ovulate. It's kind of your body controlling that

I Just came off BCP in July so I'm still not used to being off of it, but for the past few cycles, they have been pretty long (like 45 - 60 days) but I have been ovulating. I'm on day 50 so I had assumed it was anovulatory.... Thanks
