Re: Antipasto

For mine I take a large round platter
- base is lettuce
- steamed broccoli with the stems goes around the outside (stems faceing the center)
- salami
- drained can of tuna in the middle
- circle the platter again with other meats (sorporassata sp? etc)
- then layer on the cheese
- olives - all kinds
- roasted peppers
- and all sorts of garnish on the top all over
- and of course breadsticks

I leave vinegar and oil on the side

1/2 pound marinated roasted peppers,
1/4 pounds grilled eggplant
1/4 pound grilled zucchini
1/2 pound marinated mushrooms
1/2 pound assorted green and black olives
1 (7-ounce) jar marinated artichokes
3/4 pound marinated or plain bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)
1/2 pound soppressata (hard Italian sausage), thinly sliced

Arrange everything on a platter

I make mine like this but I also add a few other meats like salami and proscuitto and I add a sharp provolone.

Re: Antipasto

I use a round chip and dip platter with the dip in the middle filled with fresh bruchetta. Around the sides I put - mixed marinaded olives, provalone/salami roll sliced, provalone/prsouttio roll sliced up, mixed marinated grilled veggies (musrooms, eggplant, onoin, zuchinni ect.) marinated boccchini (mozz balls).

Serve with brushetta toast and cheese straws.
