Antipasto Platter

I want to make a really nice, big antipasto platter - looking for suggestions. What do you put on your platter? Where do you shop? (in Nassau)
Thanks!

You can try Iavarone (they have a few places in Nassau).

But the Uncle Giuseppe's in Suffolk is one of my Favs....they have so much variety. They have an East Meadow location but never been in it.

OH just remembered Fairway in Plainview...you probably can definitely find a lot of stuff.
