is she crawling around yet? i'd probably put down some of those little traps instead if you know she won't get into them. or put them in spots you know she can't reach or get to (windowsill, under a dresser, etc) i'm not a fan of the sprays

Is the bedroom on a first floor? You can treat the ants from the outside so they don't come in. They make outside ant traps.
i wouldn't use a spray either.
If you are going to use the inside traps just know you will see still see them for about a week, it takes a little while for them to bring the bait back to the nest. AND if you do wind up spraying-chuck the traps, You cant do both. The spray makes the traps unappealing to them.
I used to be property manager for an apartment complex, hence my bug knowledge

I used Terro Traps. The ants swarm for a few days but it completely kills the nest.
I wouldn't let her crawl on the floor in her room until they were completely gone.
Also you need to identify what kind of ant to resolve the problem:Terro
