Anxiety
I am so anxious right now, just praying my baby is ok, and praying for a healthy 9 months. How did you ladies ease your anxiety? I am a person that likes control and for something to be out of my control sometimes does send me into a tailspin. This is obviously the least control I have ever had in my life. I know my blood work looked good the first time, I am not spotting, just slight random cramps which I know are normal but I can't help but feel just panic all the time, which I know isn't good either. I just want to get to 6 weeks so I can finally see my baby

I am the same way- I'm a planner, never late for things, and always organizing everything... I wasn't really able to control the anxiety much to be totally honest. I kept busy as much as possible, because when I wasn't busy I was thinking about it and getting nervous. Hearing the heartbeat at around 7 weeks really made me feel more at ease, and when I got the chromosomal bloodwork back at 12 weeks I was totally fine.

Thank you!!! How will I make it another 8 weeks?!? Lol I'm sure every day that I get closer, the less anxious I will feel! I go to my RE for monitoring for blood work every few days so I guess rising levels will be my comfort until we see baby on the ultrasound!

Anxiety
I was a disaster for 9 months. So much so that it's partially why I don't want another child. I didn't even tell people until I couldn't hide it anymore because I was afraid something would happen.
You may never calm down. I know that sucks, but it's true. We know too much- we've heard too many stories of things wrong and I think we both took some time to conceive? That makes it harder, its like its too good to be true. I will tell you that the second you see that baby the relief is overwhelming!
So really no advice, but I can sympathize. If you ever need to talk/freak out FM me. Seriously, I know what it's like to be debilitated by anxiety and sometimes the best thing is to just be able to talk to someone who gets it.

Re: Anxiety
I don't really have any advice, but I was an absolute disaster until the NT scan. I found out I was pg in early November and it really ruined my holiday season to be so anxious and worried.
Just try your best to take it one day at a time and take good care of yourself!

Anxiety
I have anxiety/depression and will be coming off my meds now that I got my BFP. It's definitely going to be scary and tough but I've been meditating a lot. I'm just going to try mind over matter. Hang in there and try looking for meditations on YouTube. You can search for anxiety and/or pregnancy ones... I play around with them until I find a voice that I like... We are in the same boat with timing and fertility issues so message me if you need some extra support. I also hear that some of the anxiety will lift once the second trimester rolls around. I'm trying not to read too much either bc it plants seeds on things that may or may not happen.
