Anxiety Support Groups?
Has anyone ever been to one?
My therapist reccommended TERRAP in Huntington- but I'm waiting to hear what it will cost, since it's more of an 18 week group therapy program than a "support group"
Anyone have any suggestions?
Anyone wanna start one?
