Any alternative to Shakeology?
I really love it but noticed it's giving me some tummy trouble.
Anyone know of another way? I feel better, eat better, etc. Also, I love having a meal taken care of for the day!

Any alternative to Shakeology?
How long have you been taking it and what type of tummy trouble? I love my Shakeology and I know for me when I first started taking it I was having bad tummy aches..my body was adjusting to it. After a week or two it got much better however if I run out and stop drinking it for like a week I notice the first few times I drink it my stomach needs to get readjusted.

three weeks. I actually thought it was milk (I switched to almond milk many years ago but switched back to skim bc it's so expensive out where I am now)
but Im back to drinking almond milk and Im still having issues.. uncomfortable gas about 30-40 mins after drinking it. I reduced it to 1/2 scoop and I still had an issue
Today I will not be drinking it so Ill see how it goes.
I also love it and am sad that I won't be drinking it.

I'm a fan of isagenix, I've heard shakeology and isagenix shakes are similar.

Any alternative to Shakeology?
There is a product at Vitamin Shoppe for literally 1/4 price. Its a protein shake but the nutrition in it is excellent. Lots of protein and fiber. It''s called Fit and Full and it's part of their own line. My friend just started using it.
Also, the protein shake I use is called Lean Active 7 and it's by nutracore. A little more then Fit and Full but far less then SHakeology. Much better tasting, much better macros.
And this is coming from somebody who sells Shakeo~! lol

I should add that Shakeo is GREAT. I just don't believe it is for everybody and everybody's body requires different nutrients/reacts differently.

Any alternative to Shakeology?
HAve you tried the vegan shakeology? Ive heard it's easier on the belly. When I started drinking shakeology it bothered my stomach but it doesn't anymore. I've been drinking it for 4 months now and love it! I actually ordered the vegan chocolate this month to give it a try.

Also I make it with just water. I use the chocolate with 15oz water, 1/2 of a banana and pb
