ugh that stinks! Luckily last night i ordered my ipod case at 11:47pm - so i didnt have to - perfect timing!lol dont think i could have planned it better if i did know!

This isn't just for amazon, every website is now required to charge NY sales tax for sales made to people in NY>

I could be wrong but I believe your order had to be shipped before June 1st to made the deadline of no sales tax
