Any companies hiring a web content manager/marketing/social media person??

My Fiance has his Masters in computer science and is looking for a web content position. This can also include web marketing, social media skills..etc.. He does not do web design or IT, it is purely marketing or web content. Does anyone know if their company is hiring for this type of position? He has over 5 years experience as a web producer and relationship manager, not to mention skills in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc..
