I've been out of commission for about 2/3 weeks now due to immense shoulder pain. I don't have health insurance so I haven't been able to go to the doctor yet. Ugh.

Anyway, I've been taking fish oil, icing on and off, and doing light stretching. Is there ANYTHING besides walking that I can do with a rotator cuff injury so I can keep on track?

Ugh, this is soo annoying and painful.....
