Any Giants Fans? Need help picking player for Jersey (holiday gift)
My brother is a big Giants fan and I wanted to get him a Jersey for a holiday present ... only problem is, I have no idea what player to get. 
I asked his girlfriend and she thinks he'd love it but doesn't know what player either.

Does he prefer offense or defense?
Offense: Manning (QB), Smith or Nicks (WR), Bradshaw or Jacobs (RB)
Defense: Tuck, Umenyiora, Cofield.
I'd say the offensive players are the safest bets.

That's an excellent question. I'll have to ask DH and  that it came up in conversation at some point.
DH doesn't know if he has a favorite player, I already ask.

Rodney Hampton # 27 RB
These are all excellent ideas!
If he wants a current player I would suggest Manning # 10 or Jacobs #27 since those are my personal favs

I got one for DH last year and just ordered one I found online. Turns out it wasn't the jersey he wanted and it is currently taking up space in my house. If you think he'd be interested in a Jacobs jersey I'd be happy to sell you the one I have for a great price. With that being said, DH wanted a Taylor throwback Giants jersey which DH's friends have really been impressed with.

DH didn't think he'd appreciate a throw back jersey.
We played it safe and went with Manning.

I think you did good by going with Manning but I love the old school idea. Mostly bc you don't see anyone wearing a Burress jersey. Old school gives you a safety net that it won't be an item of shame.
