Any Graco double stroller mommies?
DH and I happened to be at BRU and stopped to look at the Duo Glider and the Quattro Tour.
We put Victoria in the front seat and then tried manuvering the infant seat in and out of the stroller.
It seems that as Victoria gets a bit taller, I may end up wacking her in the head with the infant seat as I place it in the stroller or to avoid doing that, the infant seat would have to be at an angle VERY uncomfortable for the baby.
Does anyone here recommed either of these? I am a fan of my Graco stroller so they are the first we looked at.
TIA!

Re: Any Graco double stroller mommies?
I have the Duo - and yes, I have that problem too. When I put the car seat in the back part, DD (in the front) can't lean back or lay back at all. I am chalking it up to a "temporary" thing for a few months, and once I take DS out of the car carrier, he will sit in the seat like normal and life will be great

Re: Any Graco double stroller mommies?
The seat is hard to get in and out of when you put it in the backseat of the Duo. I never tried this because silly me never thought of it, but try putting the infant seat in the front seat. I also don't like how the sunshade works on the backseat with the glider. When back, it gets in the way of the cupholder.
Other then that, I like it and use mine quite a bit.

Re: Any Graco double stroller mommies?
I looked at those and DD who is only in the 30% looked HUGE in them and she seemed uncomfortable. I ended up going with the deluxe sit and stand (from One step Ahead) which got really good reviews from the moms I know that have it. I got $30 off and it was only about $150 in the end.
I like it b.c as DD gets older the back seat is removable and it becomes an sit and stand. I'm still getting a side by side for walks and other longer trips like the zoo etc. But I got it in the mail Friday and we played around with it and DD seems to like it.
You should check it out.

I think I'm going to go back and try the infant seat in the front seat and see how that works.
Thanks Christine for the sit & stand suggestion - we haven't even gotten to that stroller yet.
So many to choose from
