Any info on Parkwood Estates in West Islip?
Hi, my DH and I are probably going to bid on a house there. I have heard that it is really nice there and the properties have a good resale value. Any info would be appreciated. TIA

I love the Parkwood area! We looked at a few homes there before deciding to just expand our current home (we currently live in West Islip). I love the proximity to Babylon village and it's a quiet neighborhood. FM me which house you are looking at - I'll let you know if I saw it.
