Any Knitters out there?
Can anyone help me through a "PSSO"?
A website or something may help.
I know its a pass slipped stitch over, but I'm not clear on how to slip a stitch in knitting.

Re: Any Knitters out there?
Probably a stitch or two earlier, you slipped a stitch from your left needle to your right without actually knitting it. Now, use the point of your left hand needle to pick up that stitch on your right needle, and just slip it off the needle.
Hope that makes sense!!

Re: Any Knitters out there?
the "official" definition from LionBrand.com
psso = pass slipped stitch over
'psso' means that you should pass slip stitch over knitted stitch
I was hoping for a picture for you, but they didn't have one of their website

Re: Any Knitters out there?
Here's a link that has pics on slipping stitches on both the knit side and the purl side.
For PSSO you want to slip the stitch, knit (or purl) the next stitch, then pass the slipped stitch over the stitch you just knit, and off the needle.

Re: Any Knitters out there?
Thanks so much - I'm going to try it and see if it works.
ETA:
I found a website that has a video - it kind of looks like a messy stitch

I love knitting. I am about to start a baby sweater. I hope it goes well.
