Any lawyers, or people who have rented an American Legion

I am renting an American Legion for my sons christening, but I am nervous about something I have to sign. It says that I release all liability from the hall if anyone gets hurt. Is this something that I should sign? Here is what it reads

I, ______, understand and agree that in consideration for being granted access to and the use of the property and facilities of the _______, I (we) assume any and all risk with respect to such access and use, and hereby release said American Legion, its members, representatives, agents, servants and employees from liability for any injuries sustained or damage incurred in the course of such access and use resulting from any cause whatsoever which may be sustained.



The whole WHATSOEVER has me nervous.
