Any Lemon Tree or Robert James experiences?
Anyone ever go to either one? I'm in Riverhead and the lady I usually go to is taking time off. I honestly don't feel like paying Robert James' prices but I'm leary of a chain like Lemon Tree. I would like to hear what you think. Any other recommendations out this way?

Re: Any Lemon Tree or Robert James experiences?
I don't think I have ever seen a good haircut from any Lemon Tree but maybe that is because the only time anyone has told me they went there, they had a bad story to tell.
Years ago I used to go to Lemon Tree for updos. I saved quite a bit of money vs. the more expensive salons and the person was pretty good at updos. I usually brought a photo and she was able to replicate the styles. I always figured that I could wash it out if I didn't like it, but I never had a problem. I don't even know if they still do updos but I imagine so.

I went to Lemon Tree once and got a great cut.
I have straight, simple hair and I have never gotten a bad cut anywhere....
I think people w/ curly, thick etc. hair might need a super duper stylist...
Maybe I am just not picky

I have short thin hair. It is hard to get a cut I really like. I may go to the more expensive salon and hope I get a good stylist there. Taking a photo is a good suggestion. Thank you for your responses.
