Are you looking for one by yourself or with the baby? I take it but by myself at a great place in E. Northport. Let me know if you want their info!

I do. I used to do it through the school district & would like to get back into it.
Definitely need a beginner/ night course.

I used to do the Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga) in Rockville Centre. It was gross with everyone sweating like pigs but I felt awesome afterwards.
